Twig Cafe has a new spring menu and it is looking seriously delicious. I can write about how yummy the food is but really folks, the only way you can get an idea of the wonder that is Twig Cafe is to drop in and try for yourself. Here are some of the new menu items:
- Zucchini, pea and sage risotto with stuffed, lightly battered zucchini flower
- Porcini, wild mushroom and spinach rotolo topped with asparagus and lemon & sage beurre noisette
- Chicken wrapped in pandan leaves with aromatic spiced turmeric sauce and coconut rice
- Tempura soft shell crab salad with green papaya, bruised tomatoes and chilli & lime dressing (featured in October issue of Delicious. magazine)
Ok that is enough, seriously. I am hungry...
